PULSE SPICES AND ALMONDS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR.
POUR THE ALMOND MIXTURE IN A SHALLOW BOWL AND THE EGG IN ANOTHER.
DIP THE CHICKEN IN THE EGG, THEN THE ALMOND TO COAT.
DON'T FORGET TO DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL TO GET THAT CRISPIER, CRUNCHIER COATING!
BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES.
THEN LET IT SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE EATING TO KEEP THE CHICKEN SUPER JUICY!
