EGGNOG  POUND CAKE

This eggnog pound cake combines just seven simple ingredients in a deliciously light and flavorful cake that’s topped with an eggnog icing.

INGREDIENTS

– shortening or butter for greasing the pan – all-purpose flour  – salted butter softened – sugar – eggs – eggnog unwhipped – vanilla *all ingredients below

STEP 1

Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl.  Add in eggs, then the flour mixture. 

STEP 2

Transfer the batter into the floured bundt pan. Bake as directed!

STEP 3

Once cooled, carefully flip the cake out onto a wire rack. Then drizzle the icing on top. 

Slice the cake and serve immediately or store in an airtight container and serve when you’re ready.
