These delicious little rocky road bites combine chocolate, marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts in a quick and easy no-bake dessert that everyone will love!
Start by lining 2-3 mini cupcake pans with mini cupcake or candy liners.
Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in between increments, until the chocolate is smooth, about two minutes.
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix the peanut butter into the chocolate, stirring it in well.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Add half of the marshmallows, nuts, and pretzels to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, 3/4 cup chopped almonds, 1 cup rough chopped pretzels
Spoon the mixture evenly into the lined cupcake liners.
Finish these off by sprinkling the tops of each of the rocky road bites with the remaining marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts.

Let them set at room temperature for about twenty minutes until the chocolate is completely hardened. Then enjoy!
