8ouncescream cheese(softened)
1tspvanilla extract
¼ cuppowdered sugar
8 ripe strawberries(sliced for topping)
½ cupraspberries

Prepare the brownie mix according to box directions for "fudge" consistency.
1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box to make them
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and use a rubber spatula to spread the batter out.
Bake for 15 minutes, the brownies should have the typically flaky film over the top and the edges should be firm.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 2 hours on a wire rack.
Prepare the whipped cream by beating the cream cheese until smooth then slowly add the heavy cream while mixing on medium-low speed. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat for 1 to 2 minutes on medium high speed until thick and fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the brownies then top with fruit. Slice and enjoy.
8 ripe strawberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries
Notes
Refrigerate until served or refrigerate any leftovers. You can also just use regular whipping cream or Cool Whip instead of the cream cheese layer in a pinch, but it’s not nearly as good that way.Turn this into one of the best red, white, and blue desserts by making the toppings look like an American flag or simply by using raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries on top!
