Add lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk to the pitcher. Stir until the three are completely mixed together.

Add the water, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 cups of ice to a blender. Blend until you get a nice frosted lemonade texture!Make it less creamy by replacing the can of sweetened condensed milk with 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk + 1/2 cup sugar (or 1/3 cup simple syrup). Make it sweeter by adding an extra 1/4 cup sugar to the recipe (with the full can of milk).
