Peppermint No-Bake Bars

Ingredients

creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
agave nectar
1/2

unrefined coconut oil

Old-Fashioned Quaker oats

cup
sweetened shredded coconut
1 3/4
cups
white chocolate chips

peppermint extract
candy canes for garnish
Instructions
Melt peanut butter, agave nectar and coconut oil in a pot over medium-low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and add oats, shredded coconut, white chocolate chips and peppermint extract.
Stir until chocolate is entirely melted.
Pour into a 9x13 pan and cool in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Top with crushed up candy cane pieces then allow to cool until set in the fridge.
