This raspberry lime summer punch recipe is slightly tart, slightly sweet, and all delicious. It only takes seconds to make and is great for summer parties or just a festive non-alcoholic drink with the family!
Add juice, seltzer, limeade (and simple syrup if using it) into a large pitcher.
Add scoops of sorbet to the top of the liquids and stir gently.
Pour over ice in individual glasses and serve.
Notes
Pour the punch over ice in individual glasses rather than adding ice to the pitcher itself to avoid watering down the punch.Make the punch right before serving. If you make it beforehand, the sorbet will melt and you'll end up with something totally different than you were hoping.Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup for a sweeter punch as this one is slightly tart as written. If you're making this for kids, I recommend the simple syrup.Don't stir too much when you add the sorbet. The chunks of sorbet add a nice flavor to the punch.
