Line a 9"x9" baking pan with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray.
Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, butter and sweetened condensed mile in a medium sized saucepan and heat over medium heat until melted and smooth.
Once melted, remove from heat and add vanilla extract and sprinkles and stir until the sprinkles are well combined into the mixture.
Pour melted mixture into prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle top of mixture with remaining sprinkles. Press into fudge to help them stick.
Put in the refrigerator to chill for one hour, or until fudge is hard before cutting into squares and serving.
Keep the mixture on medium or lower. Don’t raise it higher than that or the mixture will burn. If it smells like it’s beginning to burn, turn it down even lower as some stovetops are different.Press the holiday sprinkles onto the top of the fudge lightly to get them to stick into the fudge.Make sure to put a piece of parchment paper in the baking dish before pouring in the fudge.
