This fun monster themed marshmallow dip is fluffy, creamy, and absolutely delicious! Serve it with fresh fruit and other dippers at your next Halloween party for a sweet dip that monsters of all ages will absolutely love!
With an electric mixer or by hand, beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth.
8 oz cream cheese
Add the marshmallow fluff, salt, and green food coloring to the cream cheese mixture. Beat again on medium speed until smooth and combined.
7 oz Marshmallow fluff, 1/2 tsp salt, 4-5 drops green food coloring
If you plan to use M&M’s to make your special treat, fold them in here. If you’re not using M&M’s you can skip this step!
1/2 cup M&M's
Put the dip into the fridge and chill for at least twenty minutes but longer is just fine!
Add in the candy eyeballs right before serving.
candy eyeballs
Serve the dip with pretzels, graham crackers, your favorite fresh fruit, cookies, or anything else that sounds good!
Notes
Use full fat cream cheese for a creamier dip. Reduced fat cream cheese will taste okay, but it won’t be nearly as creamy as you really want!Fold the M&Ms into the dip instead of beating so that you don’t end up with a brown dip. The candy coating on the outside will leave little streaks as you fold them in, adding to the fun Halloween colors!Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. I do not recommend freezing.Allow the dip to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving if serving directly from the fridge. That’ll make it easier to scoop and dip with your favorites!Change out the M&Ms for different colors and varieties or mix it up completely and use chocolate chips or chopped up pieces of candy bars!
