Ingredients
1pintsliced strawberries
1cupwater
1cupsugar
¼cupdry strawberry jello mix
3TBScornstarch
1Pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Cool Whipoptional garnish
Instructions
Place sugar, water, jello, and cornstarch into a pot and bring to a boil.
1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup dry strawberry jello mix, 3 TBS cornstarch
Let boil for one minute then remove from heat and allow mixture to cool.
Slice strawberries and add a thick layer into the bottom of the pie crust.
1 pint sliced strawberries, 1 Pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Once completely cooled, pour strawberry filling over the strawberries. Chill for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with strawberries right before eating

Notes
To speed up the cooling process, transfer hot Jello to a new bowl that is floating in a bowl of cool water.Don't place it in the freezer unless you want frozen Jello.Garnish with whipped cream for a creamier dessert.Store covered in the fridge for up to five days or until the crust becomes soggy.
