Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt - lowfat or nonfat work fine
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 oz baby spinach
  • 20 g Vital Proteins Marine Collagen (2 individual packs or 3 1/2 scoops)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender in order listed.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Drink chilled.

Notes

If you like sweeter smoothies, add 1 banana or 1/2 cup pineapple.
If you like thicker smoothies, decrease the amount of milk to 1/2 cup.
