These Christmas coloring pages are fun for kids to color to get into the holiday spirit! Just download, print, and start creating your own Christmas art! They’re perfect for a little winter break entertainment, classroom parties, or activities to do at a kids Christmas party
It’s that time of year again – the time when kids are off from school for weeks at a time to celebrate holiday break.
Sure it’s great, but it’s also long. There’s a reason I’ve been coming up with all sorts of Christmas activities for kids – my kids are going to need something to do in the weeks before and after Christmas.
When you don’t want to buy an actual coloring book, printing out your own coloring pages is the next best thing.
And depending on your kids ages, if you encourage them to color as many of these as possible, they’ll be a fun activity that keeps them entertained for a while at least!
If you have a toddler like me, these might not keep them engaged for too long but older kids, these designs should keep them coloring for at least as long as it takes you to make a batch of Christmas sugar cookie bars!
Christmas Coloring Page Designs
The free printable coloring pages set you can download at the bottom of this post comes with ten completely different holiday designs. They are all pretty Christmasy so my apologies if you’re looking for something less Christmas specific.
The set includes everything from Santa Claus to snowmen, wreaths, and even reindeer!
They’re all done in black and white outlines so they’re perfect for coloring with pretty much any art supply you want.
I couldn’t find any crayons (pretty sure they’re all at school with my son) so we went with markers. And I love how bright and colorful they turned out!
Another one of my favorite ways to use Christmas coloring pages with my kids is to have them color pictures, draw their name on the pictures, and then we send them to grandparents along with our perfectly picked out gifts for grandparents!
It makes the gifts a little more personalized and gives grandparents something to hang on their fridge for a few days.
You could also just print these out to send home in a bag as Christmas party favors. Or just have a bucket of fun Christmas printables that kids can get into during the winter break.
Put these pages with some art supplies and maybe even some blank paper and let them get creative. You never know what they’ll come up with when given the materials!
Print out the coloring pages that are most suitable to the age that will be coloring them. Some of the coloring pages included are a bit more advanced with smaller objects to color like the stocking with its zig-zag design. Some of them are going to be better for the younger kids, like the snowman and Christmas tree. Choose wisely.
